Those who rest in Santa Clara Cemetery | Santa Clara Mortuary have found their place in history. Established in the 19th century, it is the oldest Archdiocesan Cemetery. Santa Clara is steeped in history, but also equipped for the best modern memorials. Santa Clara Mortuary, built in Mission style, seats 160. Visitation rooms have flat-screen video monitors for memorial tributes. Join us for special Masses and prayer events during the year.

Catholic Cemeteries & Mortuaries is excited to announce the upcoming Día de Los Muertos 2024 observance at Santa Clara Cemetery in Oxnard on Saturday, November 2nd, 2024. The celebrations will include Mass, Our Lady of Guadalupe Procession, the Blessing of the Altars, music, Folklorico, children's crafts, and cultural presentations. Everyone in the community is encouraged to participate, and volunteers of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to contribute their time. We are pleased to announce the flower placement and removal schedule for All Souls Day and Dia de Los Muertos 2024. Flowers may be placed starting on Friday, October 25, 2024, and remain through Wednesday, November 6, 2024. Please refer to our Flower & Holiday Policy for guidance during this period.
